Informal name for the [[League of Enforcers]]'s headquarters, a suite of fortified rooms beneath [[Hope Tower]]. The term was first coined by [[Prince Rigel]] when he was using the space as a safe house. The Castle is actually a small part of [[Antique Blaze]]'s underground base, which stretches under most of the city.
