A group of [[mask]]s, and probably the best known of [[Hope City]]'s crimefighting groups. In law, the other four were deputised by [[Captain Ultimatum]], who was actually the sole mask with a formal license from the city.

Their exploits eventually resulted in the [[Hope Tower Incident]], and they eventually allowed their powers to be removed when it seemed they were no longer necessary in order to take on the supernormal villains.
