The largest bank in [[Hope City]], and proud of its reputation of never having suffered a theft. However, this reputation suffered a blow during the events of [[Hope City Stories]], when several deposit boxes were emptied by [[Dark Shroud]]. The security guards on duty at the time got some degree of fame on cable news shows, and were the basis of three characters [[The Three Fools]] who went on to appear on a number of comedy shows.
