[[Man in Pink Panties]] fights crime while wearing his sister's lingerie. He wears two pairs of frilly pink panties (one of them on his head, as a mask) and nothing else. His power is a low level telepathic field, which makes everyone who sees him so shocked by his attire that they cannot remember any other detail about him. He can therefore fight criminals (he has a medium level of training in some martial arts), knowing that they will be too distracted to fight effectively.

As he lives during the [[:Category:First Wave]] era, the existence of [[supernormal]]s is not widely known. Therefore he cannot be a [[badge]], and relies on his power to keep from being arrested as a vigilante. Even where good security footage exists, anyone watching it is too disturbed by his costume to remember details such as height, build, or skin colour.
