A criminal gang led by Crimson Witch, Crimson Ogre, and Crimson Banshee,
They wear a distinctive red uniform based on Edwardian English fashions, complete with half-face masks. The lesser criminals in the gang wear the masks or the clothes, but not both. They usually carry the masks in a pocket if they are undercover.
