A semi-derelict shopping arcade in the Mercy Street district. The arcade has space for twelve stores, but the majority are boarded up and at least some of them have been taken over by squatters. The remaining businesses are a bookmaker (front for a loan shark), an off-license, and a pawn shop. The maintenance of the place (as much as any is done at all) is paid for by the rent on the flats over the shops, which have been subdivided several times. The place reeks of poverty.
