A pawn shop in the suburbs of Hope City. The current owner, Michael Fortescue, originally took over his father's jewellery business William Fortescue and Son, but decided on a change of name and a new business model after it became clear that the purchase and sale of used items was overtaking the new rings as the source of his success.
