A police secretary at the Hope city Police Centre. This means that he can be responsible for duties such as interviewing victims and collating data in order to find a criminal, but isn't authorised to perform actual arrests. This allows the real detectives to focus on less routine cases.

His only real treasured possession (except for The Guardian's suit and weapons) is a classic car, a convertible left to him by James Stark Senior. The roof hasn't been opened in years, because the compartment it's supposed to fold up into makes a perfect hiding place for a mask.
