The city-centre campus of Hope City University, which houses three quarters of the institutions students as well as all the administrative offices. It is notable for having buildings almost entirely covered with solar cells, which provide enough power for most university facilities as well as selling some to the neighbouring Business District. The gleaming black buildings would look odd to anyone from another town; and many people compare their appearance to a hifi system.
