A character introduced in the short story Super Power. Left Hope City after the Hope Tower incident, eventually moved to England and got a job with a video games firm. Doesn't have any superpowers, but possesses special batteries that never run out of charge and can bring toys to life, including a stuffed bunny named Sergeant Fuzzball.
