A small arms company based on the Brazilian coast. Founded by two locals and two foreigners (from the Republic of Kenya and Georgia) who had first come to that part of the world with the UN peacekeeping force during the civil war, the firm quickly became an established name, building a reputation for quiet competence rather than showy advertising.

One of their products is the S-33, an advanced polymer handgun with an ergonomic grip. The lightweight version of the gun is made from super low density rigid polymers, and means that a full magazine (8 shots) accounts for more than half the weight of the loaded weapon.

Their main competition for sales within Hope City is Hemmingway Industries; slightly more expensive for no noticeable quality improvement, but some people still prefer to buy a product manufactured by a Hope native company rather than sending their money overseas.
