A villain in the story Sidekick. He leads a criminal gang, looks somewhat repulsive, and is said to be obsessed with control rather than simply making money. The other gangs in the area are terrified of him, and he leaves traps in his hideout, coating surfaces with a thin layer of obsequizine, a touch-activated drug that can seep through clothes.

He would not be considered conventionally attractive.
