A reporter for the Hope City Chronicle. He started on a Youth Apprenticeship Certificate, and when he became a full employee many of the reporters who'd trained him had trouble taking him seriously. At the time of the Hope Tower Incident, he'd only recently graduated so still needed occasional help with some matters. He was lucky enough to be in the front lobby of the Police Centre, getting advice from Rick Daik before he spoke to an accused pickpocket, when the League of Enforcers brought in their first arrests. That was the story that got him his first front page.
