The part of Hope City commonly assumed to be run by 'the mob'. In fact organised crime stretches far beyond one quarter, but in the Southern Side, most people accept that it is the four families rather than the police who will deal with crime.
The Southern Side doesn't have formal boundaries, but is generally assumed to include the Justice Park, South Ward, and Liberty Avenue districts.
