Terrorist One

A term coined by Hope Three to refer to their nemesis. Originally it referred to Hank Nostromo, who they wanted to track down to experiment on. The same name was later used for Dark Shroud, in an attempt to hide the fact that they had been hunting a man who died a hero. In the official history published by Hope Three when they were disbanded, it is asserted that Terrorist One was a completely different mask, with different powers, who had stolen technology from their scientists and was responsible for the creation of Dark Shroud.

Some people believe that story, but most put their faith in the version recounted in A Catalogue of Supernormal Phenomena.
