A short story, as yet unpublished, intended for the Stories from Hope City collections. It deals with a group of Next Wave scientists trying to use “Claustronium” to suppress biological ageing; and reveals that Sergeant Jake Whalley might actually have survived a training accident from elsewhere in the canon.
