Sergeant in the Hope City Police Authority. Formerly a detective, but forced into a desk job after undergoing surgery for bowel cancer. Now he is normally found at the Police Centre, working the front desk. Out of all the staff who work there, he is the one who treats the civilian clerks as equals, realising that they want to stop crime as much as he does.

He can be a stickler for the rules, but he's a good guy.
