One of the many masks in Hope City, introduced in the short story My Hero. His abilities include being able to make his outfit seem immaculate no matter what he's wearing (done by projecting a low-level telepathic field), being able to seem to be exactly where he belongs, and being able to read and understand large amounts of information in seconds.
