One of the many masks in Hope City, introduced in the short story My Hero. His abilities include being able to make his outfit seem immaculate no matter what he's wearing (done by projecting a low-level telempathic field), being able to seem to be exactly where he belongs, and being able to read and understand large amounts of information in seconds.

Unlike most of the Next Wave masks, he is authorised not by the City Special Forces, but by the Bureau for Multidisciplinary Inversigation, responsible for investigating serious and organised crime. This is still only a temporary measure, as they know that using supernormals is still a risk, but his particular abilities were useful enough to the Bureau before the Hope Tower Incident that he was allowed to keep them for nearly ten years after.
