A character from the short story Afterwards. Wife of John Alpha, and mother of Bertrand Gamma, Adam Alpha, Unity Epsilon, and Pandora Epsilon. Followed her husband's unusual ideas about creating a new society with a rigid caste system after the coming apocalypse, but quickly grew disillusioned as she realised he was losing his grip on reality.
