A group of masks, and probably the best known of Hope City's crimefighting groups. In law, the other four were deputised by [[Captain Ultimatum], who was actually the sole mask with a formal license from the city.
Their exploits eventually resulted in the Hope Tower Incident, and they eventually allowed their powers to be removed when it seemed they were no longer necessary in order to take on the supernormal villains.
