A thief and party mask in Hope City. There were rumours about a woman who had the ability to partially transform into a cat, variously known as Catburglar or Catgirl. Hearing these stories, one light-footed and light-fingered genius realised that he could avoid arrest by passing his own crimes off as the work of the Catburglar; leaving cat-themed trinkets at the scene of a crime, or breaking into a gallery only days after the other Catgirl had been seen there. He found it was quite easy to give himself an alibi by being confused with an existing mask.

He eventually retired after being captured three times by Mistress Panther's minions; they often went after the same targets, and Panther had decided already that she wanted to add Catgirl to her harem.
