One of the more well-known masks in Hope City. Mistress Panther is usually seen surrounded by a harem of beautiful young women, many of them former models. As well as providing entertainment, these women act as domestic servants, personal assistants, and are sometimes sent out to rob banks and jewellery stores.

Her main power is one of control. As well as being a skilled dominatrix, she has her long nails coated with a layer of Atlantean crystal circuits (originally designed for her by Professor Normal), as well as a complex cocktail of drugs. Just with a scratch, she can compel a normal person to obey her commands, and even change the reality that they see.
