A mask, who frequently attacks construction projects with the stated aim of preserving tradition, and restoring the city to its former glory. Given Hope City's generally forward-looking ethos, and the relatively recent history behind the place, most people assume that he is simply insane.

In the Age of Heroes, most widely known as the arch-nemesis of The Flying Brick. Previously the nemesis of Antique Angel, and other contemporary masks.

Has a servant called Nunjain. Likes the smell of pipe tobacco, and things it's oppressive that smoking within the city limits is illegal.

Lives in a house on the outskirts of Hope City, in the wider city. This means he has a half hour commute into the city for his day job. The land here was decontaminated, but isn't built on the base layer; his home was a building wrecked by the blast, but capable of being restored. It is near to a park, which is on the banks of the River Broad, upstream of the city.
