A department, headquartered in Hope Tower, responsible for ensuring that new buildings in Hope City follow all relevant regulations. A great deal of their work is related to building safety and accessibility, but they also liase with the HC Aviation Planning Authority to ensure that rooftop landing pads don't have their access obstructed by taller neighbouring buildings, and to manage the appearance of the city skyline, which is practically a work of art.
