Enforcers

Originally an abbreviation for the League of Enforcers, but as of the Next Wave, Enforcers means the badges controlled by the Supernormal Enforcement Agency that grew out of the old City Special Forces. They are the people permitted to have supernormal powers under the SARI Act.
