A mask, who frequently attacks construction projects with the stated aim of preserving tradition, and restoring the city to its former glory. Given Hope City's generally forward-looking ethos, and the relatively recent history behind the place, most people assume that he is simply insane.
In the Age of Heroes, most widely known as the arch-nemesis of The Flying Brick. Previously the nemesis of Antique Angel, and other contemporary masks.
