Commander Silence

Commander Silence had the ability to become invisible at will, as well as a suit of tactical armour packed with all the gadgets that Hope Three could develop.

This didn't go so well, as the Commander used this ability to rob the Hope Central Bank, as well as other institutions, raising funding to set herself up as an independent vigilante. She later appeared under the name Dark Shroud.

Uniform

Shoulder pads and chest piece are anodised black metal. The remainder of the outfit is a tan fabric, with some kind of fabric that suggests body armour beneath. The whole costume is decorated with webbing straps to carry gadgets and weapons.
