This page is a stub. If you've ever used wikipedia you know what that means. Please, if you've read a story with this character in, add a few details here and then remove this tag.

A building in the Core District of Hope City; the main city centre library. It was personally founded by Mayor Clarke, who it was later named after, and she contributed or paid for a vast part of its original collection. As well as all the books, digital databases, and vast collections of music and film, the library is reputed to contain a secret room which hides a treasure.

The head librarian has an honorary seat on the City Council. The current incumbent is Miranda Cohen.
