A student at Hugo Savant Memorial College, and assistant of Mayor Clarke in some of her researches. According to some documents, he invented a type of luminescent crystal that could be used for emergency lighting without power due to an extremely low level bionuclear reaction.
The crystals in question are actually Atlantean crystals; Brenner took the credit so that Clarke could avoid anyone drawing a connection back to her if the true nature of the crystals in Hope Tower was discovered.
Might also be Giganaut. Not sure.
