A mask, and eventual enemy of the New Enforcers. He has the power to emit a mist from his body which confuses a person's senses, or causes approximately controllable delusions. He was initially one of the popular kids who Red Vermilion wanted to imitate; but grew jealous when she got all the attention after becoming a genuine mask.

He managed to escape dialysis when the SARI Act was passed because he was too young to be treated as a responsible adult in the first wave of screening, but was old enough to be ineligible for the schools' youth screening programme a month later. As such, he managed to end up with his file flagged as a confirmed party mask in error, and when he got his own powers he did everything possible to get revenge on Red Vermilion for taking away the perfect graduation ball where he had expected to be the most popular kid in school.
