One of the earlier supernormals in Hope City, and an original member of the White Hats group. She had the ability to generate coloured light sprays (almost like fireworks; though later she learned to so more sedate, mesmerising displays) from her hands or eyes, coupled with almost supernatural reflexes. Her sense of balance was through training as an acrobat since she was very young, and was unrelated to her powers.

She appeared briefly in the newspapers after doing an unlikely high-wire performance to reach a man hanging precariously from a broken window. Three days later she vanished; having been brainwashed by Mistress Panther for whom she went on to become second in command.
