Troll is the mask of Mark Tyler. This kid had been told for his whole life that he was ugly, a freak, or a monster. Eventually, with a little push from an anonymous 'friend', he lost control and set out to smash everything beautiful in Hope City, starting with the City Museum.

His physical description varies, especially when he takes his serum to suppress or enhance his deformity. More descriptions can be found in scene 12 of Hope City Stories.
