A criminal mask, created as an experiment by Professor Normal but never set loose on the city because the professor deemed him too stupid to be useful. Has been in cryo-stasis, and was still there at the time of the Hope Tower Incident. Some day, he may accidentally be released, as the Professor seems to have forgotten about him.
