Nemesis

A criminal mask, created as an experiment by Professor Normal but never set loose on the city because the professor deemed him too stupid to be useful. Has been in cryo-stasis, and was still there at the time of the Hope Tower Incident. Some day, he may accidentally be released, as the Professor seems to have forgotten about him. It is entirely possible that he was revived by Spector during the time of New Hope, and is now the soldier known as Deathless.
