Doctor Abrams

A scientist, frequently called upon to attend City Council subcommittee meetings. In recent times, he has an honorary position on the actual City Council as a result of his position on the board of the University.

He is a traditionalist. He still smokes, even though it is very much out of fashion now. His wheelchair is almost as old as he is, and is made from steel tubes rather than carbon fibre. He also tends to speak on the spirit that made Hope City what it was, and the importance of not losing sight of the origins of the city; he thinks sometimes people are pushing it to change too much and too fast.
